Welcome to the Estes Park Mountain Fairways Home Owners Association (HOA)
Estes Park Mountain Fairways is a beautiful neighborhood located on the north side of the Estes Park 18 hole Golf Course. Estes Park is a small mountain community in the heart of Colorado and the eastern gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. This site will provide the homeowners and potential owners with the most current documents of the association. The HOA Board of Directors invites you to become informed and help make this a fun and vital neighborhood in which to live!
Here are a Few Stats on the Development:
- The Homeowners Association is managed by Estes Park Rentals
- 12 buildings/30 units
- We find our inclusive monthly assessment package to be the fairest solution to owners of any duration.
- Monthly assessments are equally divided between all units include: lawn sprinkler system, landscaping maintenance, snow removal, weekly trash removal, homeowners insurance and an exterior building maintenance reserve.
- the portion of the monthly assessment not normally found in local HOA’s is the inclusion of the exterior building maintenance reserve- which is comprised of a painting schedule, roofing schedule and a projects schedule which includes a driveway sealing schedule.
- There is a 2% discount for paying your combined assessment annually. Otherwise, you can pay the combined assessment amount in monthly installments.
- HOA insurance is through State Farm
- only long term rentals allowed (over 6 months)
- there’s lots of elk 🙂 (as you can see them crossing our street for some prime grass on the golf course!)
