Board Meeting 9/27/25
Board Meeting immediately following the Annual Meeting
Attendees: Yvonne Salfinger, Kevin Preston, Susan Novy, Pete Hogue
Determination of Officers:
Yvonne Salfinger: President
Kevin Preston: Vice President
Susan Novy: Secretary
Pete Hogue: Treasurer
Lori Calnon: Member at Large
Pete moved to accept officers, Yvonne 2nd. Passed.
Next year Kevin and Susan will be off the board and the following year Yvonne, Pete and Lori will be off. The allows for 2 or 3 people to crossover on all years.
Pete moved to keep the same organizational structure as last year with the same leadership. Kevin 2nd. Passed.
Yvonne would like to have the HOA pay for the rest of the address numbers that are not that visible changed out.
Next Board meeting: Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 1:00
RSRF meeting: Monday, Nov 17, time TBD or Sat. Nov 15
